We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients who require senior technical specialists in our domains. Job Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs for senior technical specialists.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services to existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the client base and enhance brand visibility.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on technology solutions.
Understanding of Cloud, DevOps, Platform & Kubernetes Ecosystem, ML Ops, and Big Data Engineering domains.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the IT industry and good networking within Armenian IT market would be advantageous.
Soft Skills
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
